We support start-ups to draw their talent blueprints, formulate and execute talent strategies for SMEs and work with establish corporates providing on-site talent support services.


We have experienced significant growth in recent years and have very ambitious plans for a bright future. To support this, we are looking to grow our team in Cardiff with equally ambitious and like-minded individuals.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Solid exposure in a sales and business development role, with evidence of consistently achieving targets  

  • Demonstrable experience within a business environment, with very strong commercial awareness

  • Innovative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, looking to carve a successful career in solution sales

  • Worked within the tech space or have an in-depth interest/knowledge of all thing’s tech

  • Previous exposure to developing and delivering client presentations to both small and large groups

  • The desire to build your personal brand and actively seek opportunities to grow the DMSG brand through social media, innovative marketing and public speaking

The role:

Working within our business development and delivery department, you will be accountable for opening and developing new accounts for the DMSG group of companies and brands. You will have proven sales experience and will be an innovative, progressive thinker.  

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and industry research to find suitable organisations to approach

  • Identify opportunities and cross-sell our services; staff augmentation, technical solutions, and talent management – aligned to the needs of the client

  • Utilise tools available to identify and approach leads; LinkedIn, social media, email and cold calling

  • Schedule calls and appointments with potential leads – achieving agreed KPIs and conversations

  • Consistently attend local networking events to grow and develop your personal network and the DMSG bra
