Talent Manager | London
Full & part-time available
Who are we?
We are Talentbe and we are on a mission to transform the talent management service industry in the UK. We offer our clients a range of talent services that support their in-house talent acquisition needs.
We support start-ups to draw their talent blueprints, formulate and execute talent strategies for SMEs and work with establish corporates providing on-site talent support services.
We are experiencing significant growth and need to build our team of talent managers to service our clients. This can be on a full time or part time basis, either as an employee or an associate. We are flexible on the employment term and location will be in line with our business model and client needs.
Who are you?
We don't mind whether you have experience of agency recruitment, in-house talent acquisition or human resources - what we do care about, is your attitude and mindset. Your DNA is equal parts innovative, resourceful, data-driven, flexible and inquisitive; with an ability to influence and build strong relationships. You feel you can thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment, where no two days are the same and you're juggling multiple roles and projects.
Supported by our talent managers and talent directors, you will be instrumental in delivering our services to our clients. The role will be diverse, initially based at our London office, with a view to transitioning you to work on-site with our clients, delivering our talent management services. Long term, you will be able to formulate tailored recruitment strategies for our tech-centric client base with end to end, full life-cycle recruitment strategy responsibility.
